Questions about window cleaning or pressure washing?
When you call a window washing service company for glass cleaning or pressure washing, you probably have questions about the process. We've got the answers.
What areas do you service?
We service Greenville, Winterville, Ayden, Bell Arthur, Farmville, Simpson, Grimesland, and surrounding areas. To see if your home or business falls within our travel radius, visit our service map. If you don't fall within the travel radius, give us a call anyway and we may be able to work something out.
How long does window cleaning take?
Depending on services ordered, appointments may last anywhere from 1 hour to all day, or longer. When making your appointment, you can ask for an approximate appointment length.
How much will it cost?
This is determined on a case by case basis. The pricing guide page will get you a pretty close estimate. Other factors such as difficult to open windows, hard to remove screens or hard to reach windows may affect pricing slightly. We do offer a free, no obligation, estimate before each job. Fill out the form on our Contact page or call us for more information. Click here for more information about pricing.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, check and now credit card or debit card! We do not accept: jelly beans, gummy bears or marbles...well, maybe marbles.
Should any of my household items be moved?
We understand that your household items are valuable to you and would not want to be responsible for their damage. Therefore, we ask that you remove any items that are either attached to the windows, on the sills or furniture located in front of the windows to minimize the risk of breakage or water damage. Though it is easier to clean a window with no curtains, it is not necessary for window treatments to be removed in most cases. However, if a window is trimmed with a full panel, it may have to be removed. Many customers find this to be a convenient time to clean their curtains and remove them prior to our arrival.
Will there be any mess after the window cleaning is complete?
We make every effort to leave your home in spotless condition. In fact we use shoe covers to prevent soiling
carpet and flooring. The only thing we will leave behind is a smile on your face.
Do I need to be at home?
While we prefer that someone be home it is not required. Integrity and honesty are everything to me and I will never put profits ahead of my principles. It is my hope that I can prove that to you also.
Can you wash windows that are high off the ground?
Yes, we can generally do windows up to 30 feet from ground level - without a ladder or a rig! Sadly, it's not because we can fly. Our unique water-fed pole system can easily reach those tough spots and because it uses deionized water, there's no need for cleaning solution or squeegees.

What is "deionized water"?
Deionized basically means there's nothing in the water BUT water. We use a 4 step water purification system that renders tap water virtually free of any minerals or contaminants. This is the best solution for streak-free and spot-free glass because the deionized water absorbs anything on your windows and leaves no sticky residue. It also cleans the frames at the same time so your spotless windows stay cleaner, longer.
What areas of my house can you pressure wash?
We remove unsightly and damaging mold and soil from siding, walkways, driveways, brick, chimneys, railings - you name it! Even high-up areas are no match for our pressure cleaning powers:
